Patient Empowerment Program

This diverse group of University Health Network clinical specialists, pharmaceutical teams, Fabry patients and their families learned how connecting meaningfully, and authentically, to each other can boost overall wellness in the face of adversity and health struggles. This group also applied kind and compassionate presence with themselves and found their personal ‘safe pose’ to use when feeling overwhelmed.
