This 6-week private group creatively explored sitting postures for meditation and learned mindfulness foundations for cultivating a regular meditation practice.  This all-female group of ambitious professionals also engaged with practical strategies for daily self-care to better manage life’s demands.

This workshop series focused on managing stress. We explored the science and benefit of taking breaks, the nature of unhelpful habits and brainstormed simple ways to carve out time for practicing mindful presence.
